We are not in the business of selling your Personal Information to others. We share your Personal Information only as set forth below herein. The Personal Information we collect through our Services and save on our database servers in Texas may include the following categories:

  • User Information: This includes your first and last name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. We use this data to respond to your questions, fulfil your transactions and to communicate directly with you.
  • Financial Information: We use a third-party payment processors (such as Stripe Payment Processing and WooCommerce) for processing credit card payments. Payments placed on the website via WooCommerce are securely accepted via Stripe. When you provide Personal Information to third party payment processors through our Sites, including the Website, please note that , such Personal information is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of these third party payments processors.   • Marketing and Email Information: This encompasses your first name and email address. We use this data to manage our communications and send information, such as through our newsletter, about products and services that may interest you. To stop receiving marketing emails and newsletters, click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. Please note that certain service-related email communications (e.g., purchase confirmations, technical, or legal notices) cannot be unsubscribed from.
  • Feedback Information: We may collect feedback, testimonials, and ratings related to our Services or products. We use this information internally for communication, market research, marketing and advertising, and to enhance our business. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to post and publish it at our discretion on any of our Sites. With your written consent, we may also share your name along with your testimonial. If you choose to submit such information to us, the information you submit may be available generally to the public. Personal Information from Third Parties

We may also obtain Personal Information from third parties, which we may combine with Personal Information we collect either automatically or directly from our users.

4. OUR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may disclose your Personal Information with:

  • Internal Process/Employees/Independent Contractors. We may allow a limited number of employees and/or independent contractors to have access to your Personal Information. These employees and independent contractors are trained on our security practices and are deeply committed to maintaining your privacy. We may engage with third parties in the following ways:

These platforms have interest-based advertising programs that let us show ads to users who have previously shown interest in our services or to groups with similar traits, such as commercial interests and demographics. The security, integrity, and confidentiality of your information, including your Personal Information, is extremely important to us. We take all reasonable and appropriate measures to secure your Personal Information once we receive it, and to help prevent it from being disclosed to individuals who are not described in this Privacy Policy. Please be aware though that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and, therefore, we cannot guarantee that Personal Information will remain secure in all circumstances, including, without limitation, in the event of a third-party cyber hack or attack, of which we have no control over.

8. TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION 

Your information, including Personal Information, is processed at our operating offices and in any other places where we, or our employees or independent contractors are located, except as may be otherwise processed by relevant third-party platforms and the companies that operate them. In accordance with Section 7 above, we will take all reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure no transfer(s) of your information will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your information and data.

9. CHILDREN 

We are committed to protecting the online privacy of children and making the internet safe. Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If We learn that any Personal Information has been collected inadvertently from a child under 13, we will not keep that information. 10. CALIFORNIA DO NOT TRACK NOTICE DISCLOSURES 

We do not track our Website visitors over time and across third-party platforms to provide targeted advertising. Consequently, we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Other third-party platforms may keep track of your browsing activities when they provide you with content, which enables them to customize what they present to you on their platforms.

11. ADDITIONAL CALIFORNIA PRIVACY DISCLOSURES 

This section of our Privacy Policy provides information for California residents, as required under applicable California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act, as amended (the “CPRA”) to the extent applicable. California privacy laws require that we provide California residents information about how we use their Personal Information, whether collected online or offline, and this section is intended to satisfy that requirement. 

Under the CCPA, “Personal Information” is any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household.

We will respond to verifiable requests received from California consumers as required by law.

Right to Non-Discrimination, and Incentives. The CCPA prohibits discrimination against California residents for exercising their rights under the CCPA and imposes requirements on any financial incentives offered to California residents related to their Personal Information. California residents have the right to equal service by us, and we will not discriminate against any California residents if they exercise their rights under the CCPA.

Disclosure of Incentives: If businesses offer any financial incentives for the collection, sale or deletion of California residents’ Personal Information, residents have the right to be notified of any financial incentives offers and their material terms, the right not be included in such offers without prior informed opt-in consent, and the right to be able to opt-out of such offers at any time. Businesses may not offer unjust, unreasonable, coercive, or usurious financial incentives. We do not offer any financial incentives at this time.

12. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

We may ask you to provide additional Personal Information so that we can properly identify you in our dataset and to track compliance with your opt-out request. We will only use Personal Information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request. If you chose not to provide this information, we may only be able to process your request to the extent we are able to identify you in our data systems.

13. DATA RETENTION 

We may retain Personal Information while an individual uses our Services according to this Privacy Policy. If an individual stops using our Services, we will keep their Personal Information as necessary to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, defend claims, and for any other purposes based on their choices, such as receiving marketing communications. Specifically, we retain records of conversations, purchase history, personal information provided when using our Services, complaints, and other details from the duration of the individual’s contract until the statutory limitation periods expire if needed for legal claims.

We may keep Personal Information only for as long as needed to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. However, if required by legal, tax, or accounting regulations set by authorities, we may retain it for longer periods until the relevant retention periods or deadlines have passed.
